Cancellation & Guarantee Policy

    1. Prepayment

    • All reservations require prepayment via cash deposit, credit card, or online bank transfer.

     

    2. Cancellations

    • Requests made 15 days or morebefore the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 night's room charge.

    • Requests made less than 15 daysbefore arrival will be charged the full cost of the booked stay.

     

    3. Force Majeure

    • Amanvana Spa Resort is not liable or obligated to provide compensation if fulfilling your reservation is impossible due to circumstances beyond our control.

     

    4. Examples of Force Majeure

    • Natural disasters, severe weather, fire, floods, explosions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, epidemics, or any other emergency external to our operations.

     

    5. Impact of Force Majeure

    • Such events may pause or suspend the commitments made between you and the resort. If alternate accommodation is required, any additional costs will be the guest's responsibility.
