1. Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds
Please review our booking, cancellation, and refund policies before confirming your reservation.
Cancellation fees may apply for changes or cancellations.
Refunds for canceled refundable reservations will be processed within 2–4 weeks, after deducting applicable bank charges or credit card fees.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Valid photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
Payment information may be requested upon arrival.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
3. Payments
All reservations must be secured with confirmed payment via bank transfer or credit card.
4. Resort Policies
Outside food, beverages, and music are not permitted on the premises.
Pets are not allowed at Amanvana Spa Resort.
5. Activities and Safety
Reliable footwear and suitable clothing are recommended for activities involving river crossings.
For safety, please do not carry belongings while river trekking.
Follow all instructions from our activity guides.
River trekking may be canceled due to weather conditions or high water levels.
6. Pool Usage
Proper swimwear is required.
Cotton clothing is not permitted in the pool.
7. Additional Charges
Extra services or amenities not included in your booking confirmation will be charged separately.
